UUCM Hospitality Team

Every Sunday we have a hospitality team to welcome our congregants. Duties include  ushering, greeting, and coffee hour duties. If you are interested in  joining one of these teams, please contact the following people who will provide training or instructions on how to join the team.

Ushers
Usher duties include taking attendance and serving as Sanctuary greeters, helping to guide seating. Please contact office@uucmtka.org if you have any questions. To sign up for the usher schedule, click here. 

Greeters
Duties includes welcoming guests to UUCM  and making their visit a comfortable experience. Please contact Gary Charles, Membership Ministry Facilitator if you wish to join the team.  To sign up for the greeter schedule you can sign up here.

Coffee Hour
(Coffee hour hosting will resume at a later date) The coffee hour host makes coffee, tea, other beverages and sometimes treats for the social time after each Sunday service. If you would like to be part of the  Coffee Hour Hosts schedule (training will be provided) please contact MaryAnn Wiborg.
