"A Trusted Faith" led by Brian Eslinger
Is ‘faith’ a set of rules we’re to follow or a journey we embark on? If faith is not something we inherit, but instead something we create it may help us find peace in an uncertain time.
Rev. Brian Eslinger and his wife, Lisa recently rejoined UUCM after recently retiring and moving back to Minneapolis from Iowa. They first became UUs when they joined UUCM in 1989. The congregation at UUCM ordained Brian as a UU minister in 1997. He then served the congregation in Ames, Iowa from 1997 to 2010. Brian also taught religious studies at Iowa State University, retiring from teaching in 2019. The Eslingers live in the Mill District of downtown Minneapolis and are enjoying the great downtown restaurants and the access to walking and biking trails along the river.
Monthly Worship Themes
UUCM is part of the Soul Matters Sharing Circle. We use a monthly theme to guide worship and religious education from September to June.
